Hi I need help here,
I rent whole house to tenant , she rent common room to another tenant every few months keep changing. I told her one to two times a year I accept but she repeat three times within half a year. Every month I will remind them to pay rental fees. When I remind them. she said she collected deposit and she said she rent to Malaysia men coming next week. Has she breech the agreement?
Can I forfeit the security deposit and terminate contract with sum written on agreement which she need to pay?
