just to check have both of you fulfill SPR status for at least 3 years?
If so, you are eligible to purchase under public scheme.
In addition, if you are able to obtain max 80% bank loan, your initial outlay will be as such:
1) 5% cash downpayment
2) 15% cash or CPF downpayment
3) estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty
4) 5% additional buyer's stamp duty as SPR
6) $2k legal fees
7) resale submission fee $80
8) $200 valuation fee
9) agent commission (1% of purchase price plus 7%) etc.
So for $380k purchase, you will need at least $100k.
