Hi, I m pr since 2009, my wife became pr in April 2013, the 3 years pr fulfillment rule started in August 2013. Are we affected by the new regulation? Thank you.

Good morning! You have to wait till your wife fulfill SPR status of 3 years before both of you are eligible to purchase resale HDB. Probably you guys can take a look at private property. Morning, The simple answer is YES. If you opt to purchase resale HDB unit prior Aug 2013, you would not be affected. However, since the policy have come into effect, you will have to wait till your spouse have fulfilled 3 years on her SPR status. FYI Mike Lim 96929209 m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
