Hi,

If you are above 35 and applying for BTO under single scheme, then you can only look at 2 room in non matured estate.
If you prefer 3 room or bigger, you should look at resale hdb flat and you will be pleased to know there are a number of grants for first time single purchase.

Hi Mr Chen Han Chan,

you are able to get 3-rooms or bigger if you are above 35 and buy a resale flat. It will also depend on how much loan you are able to get so it is best if you can get your bank IPA or HLE done first so you are able to know your budget to buy a house.
