Hi, I just got married and my husband currently owns a condo. We would like to purchase an HDB but i understand we can't as he already owns a condo. Am i correct to assume this ? Does this only apply to new flats or also resale ?

You can still buy resale HDB flat. However, you are not eligible for any grant.
