Hi,

I just bought a condominium last May, which only TOP in 2019. Would like to find out if I am eligible to buy a resale HDB with my husband?

Afternoon,

You can opt to purchase the resale HDB unit but you will be required to sell your private property off within 6 months from key collection date on your resale unit. This would also incur SSD, possible bank charges, etc.
