Hi I intent to sell my 4 room flat located in Jurong East street 32 Block 306, it located on the tenth floor (corner house). I intent to purchase an E flat as the kids are growing up and they need more space. The location I would likely intent to purchase is either at Bukit Batok close to my daughter school (Dunearn secondary) or in Jurong West (preferably close to the new mosque which will be build at the junction between Jurong west Ave 2 and Jalan Bahar). Appreciate your advise on the process of buying and selling.
