Hi,

It should be around 2800 to 3000. It also depends on furniture provided and which block your unit is at. The ones at blk 2 - 5 will command a higher range due to its proximity to mrt and newer condition.

Within past couple of month, highest recorded rental was $3350. Most common rental price transacted is $2800. We will need to look into what you have on offer for example the conditions of the apartment, furnishing options and etc.

The rental around the area is in the region of $3,000 but it will also depend on the interior condition of the house, for example is it renovated or original condition. Other factors affect the rental are the furnishing options, whether furniture are provided, floor the unit is on and facing of the unit.
