Hi Penny, Do you mean getting it direct from HDB via BTO? As a Singaporean purchasing in the open resale market, you are eligible to take up HDB loan unless you have exceeded the income ceiling. Professional service fees is applicable should you engage a salesperson to broker the purchase for you. As a single, you will only be eligible to purchase a 2room HDB in a non-mature estate via BTO.
