Hi I i'm thinking of buying a landed. I know there are height limit for each storey, but I don't know of any limits for NUMBER of storey. I would like to know, is there a limit to the NUMBER of storeys for landed property? If yes, where can I find the limit? (Eg. master plan or URA website?). I don't think master plan have because I only see plot ratios on master plan.

Hi Lim,

With the questions which you have raised, I would assume that you are considering to purchase a landed property (preferably single storey) in original conditions for redevelopment.

As my fellow professionals have pointed out, plot ratio indicated in the URA planning will determine the height limit.

My team is marketing a few units suitable for rebuilding currently and perhaps you may wish to fix a timing for me to arrange viewings for you?
