Hi, I have signed OTP with a resale flat and submitted Request for Valuation w HDB. If I fail to exercise my OTP within 21 days for some reason, do I have to submit the request for valuation again after I resign another OTP since I have already done one before?

Morning, Under the current system, one OTP is assigned to one valuation report. Hence if you failed to exercise within the Option expiry period, you will be required to do another valuation report to match the new OTP number. FYI Mike Lim 96929209  m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
