Hi, i have just gotten my HLE letter. Looking for an unit at fernvale area (near seletar mall). Preferably 4room flat. I'm buying as a single and i have reached 35. My HLE approved amount is not more than 290k. My current cpf is about 130k. Currently looking for an agent who has available unit on hand for sale and that meet my criteria. Any agents who can help, pls do leave down your contact so i can liaise with you direct. Thanks.
