Hi, I have divorced with my ex wife for about 10 years, and she has kept my name in the condo we bought together. I have time and again asked her to remove my name from the condo and she just ignored me.
1) How then can I purchase a HDB resale flat?
2) As I am reaching 55 soon, how can I utilize my CPF money to purchase a HDB resale flat before my money is being move to the retirement account (RA)?

    Hi Geryl, thanks for your advise. The problem is I am based overseas and there are some documents that the lawyer need and I am not able to provide as I am not in Singapore. The other thing is I'm hesitant to make the situation bad with her, as she can influence my daughter and my relationship.
