Hi, I have almost given up applying for the BTO as it seems that even first timers have a hard time getting a flat. I was wondering if there is any flats available with $0 or very low COV. We are newly weds, combined income of at least $4k, willing to pay $350k for a flat. No preference on type or location. Any help?

Hi Nur,

It's tough to get a flat without COV or very low COV in current market. Hence, you might wanna consider to up your cov budget.
