When buying a resale flat, you may be eligible for a Family Grant of up to $50,000, EHG of up to $80,000 and Proximity Housing Grant of up to $30,000 as a first-timer. Do note, you will be subjected to the Mortgage Service Ratio (MSR) and Valuation Limit when buying a resale HDB flat.
