Hi,
I have a flat at the newly completed Pinnacle @ Duxton and am intending to sublet the whole unit. I am fully aware of the rules and regulations and am 200% certain that I qualify for subletting under current rules.

I don't quite understand terms like "unfurnished", "partial furnished", "fully furnished". For "unfurnished", does it mean an empty flat, without air-con, kitchen cabinet, hob...

I wonder if you can kindly give examples items included in the 3 types of furnishing?

Also, what is the realistic monthly rental I can expect from unfurnished, partial and fully furnished flat?

Kind advise
Curtis.

Hi Mr Tan,

Some tenants may not need any furniture at all while some of them may only need curtain furniture..

Standard furniture are the window curtains, cooking Hood & Hob, kitchen cabinet, bedroom wardrobes, water heater, and best with aircon, etc..

You may start to rent out you house as what you have in the house now. You may bring in the furniture later depend on the rate and the furniture requested by the tenant..
