Hi,

1) Theoritically this is feasible.
2) It is just a strange thing for you to do it.
3) The staying party has to pay for the legal fees & buyer stamp duty in order to takeover the part-share from the leaving party.
4) The leaving party will has to pay for the buyer stamp duty in order to takeover certain shares from the parent's flat, as well as legal fees for parting shares & takeover shares.
5) I wonder what is the purpose of the whole process?
