I have recently concluded a rental in Clementi that only comes with an old washing machine and refrigerator. Would you be open to discuss terms and conditions for the rental if tenant would require furnishings and we will take it on from, instead of missing out on potential rental as most tenants would prefer at least a partially furnished apartment.
