My current tenant has told me that the aircon in the bedroom is not cooling properly. The unit was working when they moved in, but they say it has become weaker after 4 months. They have already cleaned the filters themselves, but it hasn’t helped much. I have told them to call a technicial and now they are asking for the technician fees from me.
