My rental lease in Tampines, near Tampines MRT, is ending in the next few months and I don't really want to renew since I m hoping to buy my own place around Jurong East or Clementi, the problem is I haven't found the right unit yet, and still need to work out the budget and financing. it's me, my wife, our kid and our helper, so finding a temporary place isn't that simple. I could rent another place, but most leases are 1 to 2 years, and I don't want to get stuck in a long contract if I manage to buy a house in the next 3 to 6 month. I hve spoken to an agent , but still not sure what makes the most sense.
