Planning to DIY-rent out my unit at Pasir Ris Dr 3 instead of using an agent to save costs. It’s been vacant for about 2 months, and I’m wondering how much is involved beyond enquiries and viewings, especially the tenancy agreement, checking tenant documents and other paperwork.
