4. fully aircon incl living room
5. Marble living rm with parquet bedroom
6. size 1453sqft
7. nicely renovated with well maintain (decent new type) kitchen cabinet
8. Cleaing service can be included once a week
9. High floor
10. Avail 26th Nov 2010
11. if full unit - 4k for 2 year lease - 1 month full commission.
12. if room rental: 2 x common room at $1200 each and Master bedroom at $1700 13.higher commission possible for higher rental, if not will follow market rate
