Hi Tommy,

There are various ways to go about doing it. Do you have enough fundings to hold your HDB while you commit to an EC under construction? Next consideration is if you are eligible to purchase a brand new EC given the current income ceiling?

Hi Tommy,

Assuming you have fulfilled your HDB MOP & are eligible to apply for an EC, and you have sufficient funds for the 5+15% downpayment for the EC, you only need to sell your HDB flat within 6 months after the EC TOPs (under normal progressive payment), or 2 months before collection of your EC keys (under deferred payment scheme for 80% loan).
