Hi, I have a 4 bedroom HDB unit (well-designed and fully furnished) at Jalan Membina (directly opp Tiong Bahru Plaza) and would like to rent out for 2 years from Nov 13 onwards. Originally I did not intend to engage an agent but on second thoughts, if there are agents out there who can help me find tenants who wants to rent my unit, I would gladly accept the service. So agents, if you have interested tenants, kindly drop me a message! First come first serve. Thks

Morning Ong Ong,

To rent out your unit for 2 years, you will need to get Singaporean or Malaysian tenants. If you don't mind 18 months rental, we can open your options to all tenants.

Since your unit is only available only in Nov, it may be abit too early to do the marketing now. I thought that mid Sep is a good time to start.

I am glad if you could give me the opportunity to market your property.

Don’t you agree that marketing plan is most important factor when trying to get the ideal tenant for your property?
