Hi, i got a 2 bedder unit over at Richmond park that is currently being rented out. There is still 5 months left on the rental contract. I am currently considering a change of tenant. Would it be too early to look for new tenant now?

Ideally would be 2 months before expiry...
I am marketing 2 units there for rent and 1 unit for sale.
