Hi, i get a very high cov and the seller do not want to further reduce the price, do i need to wait for 21days or i can get another otp from other seller resale HSB to continue with the process?

Hi, yes you can do so, however do note that the option fee will not be returned to you in this case as well. This also means that you will be giving up this unit and going for another unit.

Hi,
If you decide not to exercise the OTP, your $1,000 option fee will be forfeited. The owner will have to wait for 21 days before they can issue another OTP to a different buyer. However, you can immediately pay $1,000 to secure another unit.
