Hi,
I currently own a HDB apartment with my father and the mortgage is not finished yet. I am getting married in July and the plan was for my wife to buy our matrimonial home using her name since I can't buy with her without incurring a low LTV loan and the additional stamp duty.
If she buys a private property in her name after we get married, is her property considered her first or second since she is married to me and I have my own property?
Need some clarifications after all these rules by the government...
