Hi. I currently own a 5-I flat in Pasir Ris st 21 (5th floor) bought 6 years ago at $250,000. I may have a situation where my parents and siblings (4pax) will be living with me. What are my options if I want to consider a new place that can house us comfortably (my own family is a family of four) bearing in mind that our household gross income is $6000 per month? ie. what is the biggest place that I could afford?
