Hi, I currently own a 4-room HDB in Queenstown. I would like to upgrade to a mid-range condo in the near future. My query is - if I upgrade to Condo, can I buy a HDB at a later stage (from resale market) and still live in the condo? I am PR and bought the current HDB from resale market 2 yrs back

Yes, you can still buy a HDB from resale market. but you will be required to take a bank loan.
