Good morning buyer,

Do take note that SPR/ Foreigners have to seek approval from SLA's Land dealings unit before they purchase any landed property in Singapore (other than in Sentosa).

Thus if you are purchasing alone as a SC, you will be subject to additional buyer's stamp duty. If you have any outstanding housing loan, you can only loan up to 50% (still subject to TDSR). If not, you can obtain up to 80%.

Why not let my banker advise you on your in principle approval first so you can gauge how much loan you can obtain.
