Hi, I bought my resale HDB flat in 2017. Before I get married with my wife on 22nd June 2019, my wife bought a private property. She signed the OTP on 19th June 2019, but the actual date of sale completion is after our marriage date, is it acceptable? Is she allowed to buy the private property? I know she need to purchase the private property before our marriage date but which date of the private property transaction are the relevant authority referring to? Please kindly advise. Thanks.
