hi , i bought a resale three bedroom flat in august 2010. my flat is fully paid , i never took up any loans , just to check whether do i hv to still fufill the MOP period before i can invest in a private condo ? thanks

Morning,

You are those buyers who have fallen into the new ruling hence your MOP is 3 years, if your transaction is completed before 29 Aug 2010, regardless of your mortgage status.

Hi Gunners,

You may login to HDB web site, go eServices (top tab) & choose selling your flat tab & click on the following choice "Request for Confirmation Of Eligiblility To Sell Your HDB Flat - Submit Now"

From HDB will reply you with an official letter to state if you have met the MOP.
