For hdb units purchased after 30 Aug 2010, regardless with or without grant, minimum occupation period will be 5 years. Thanks and hope it helps.

Any HDB purchase, direct or resale, will be required to fulfill 5 years MOP requirement, if the OTP is signed after 29 Aug 2010.
