Hi, I am waiting for my BTO to be ready in a few years but I have been posted overseas to work. Can I buy an overseas property while waiting for BTO to be ready and sell upon BTO key collection?

Hi, you only can purchase the overseas property after fulfilling the 5 years minimum occupation period. However, you can seek HDB special approval to rent out the whole unit. Stewart-PropNex 9696 4398  Read More
