If you're Single below 35 years old, you are not eligible to purchase a HDB flat. You can purchase a private condo though, but you will need to have minimum 5% of the property price as downpayment.

Hi,

1) You have to be Singapore Citizen and above 21 years old to start with.
2) There are only 2 situations in the current system to buy at a single capacity under 35 years old:
(a) You are widowed
(b) You are an orphan.
3) The other possible way is to buy with your parents if they own any property or with your child/ren to form a family nucleus.
