Good afternoon buyer,

You wont be eligible for singles grant as your income exceeds the income ceiling. If you are purchasing under non citizen spouse scheme, you can apply for singles grant as your income is below $12k.

That means you need to be married first to be eligible for this grant.

Hi,

For 1st timer 15k grant under single Singapore citizen scheme, your income shouldn't exceed 6k. Since yours exceeded you won't be able to qualify for it. For other scheme its under non-citizen spouse scheme, both of you must have done ROM before you can be eligible, and total income cannot exceed 12k/month.
