Hi,
I am thinking of purchasing a low quantum condo unit for investment. Must be conveniently located & the development must have a track record of ease of renting out as I would definitely require the rental income for the financing.
More Info
I can fork out about 200k cash. CPF <10K
The rest has to be loaned.
I have no job (I trade futures for myself at home), & I will be going to NUS this August for the next 4 years.
Possible to achieve?
Thanks!
