Dear Lee,

As long as you had completed the MOP, you can buy a HDB resale flat before selling. However, you would need to keep in mind the financial commitments and the transition timeline.

Afternoon Lee,

This would depends on multiple factors.
Have you fulfilled your MOP?
Have you worked on your financial eligibility?
Are you taking Bank Loan or HDB loan for your upcoming unit?

Upon key collection for your new unit, you have 6 months to sell off your current unit.
