Hi. I am the owner of a Thomson Grove Condominium unit, currently looking at selling the unit. Our unit is 1485sqft, 3-bedrooms, freehold and with great enbloc potential.
The surrounding freehold properties are currently selling (average) at all above $850. Eg: The Calrose (Opposite development)is selling at above $800psf, further down - Pierce @ Meadows is selling at above $950psf, even the 99years Far Horizon is selling at close to $600psf.
As our development is not as new as the others, we are looking at selling it at $700psf. Is there anyone with any potential buyers? Thanks.
