Could I ask why are you locking one room?

Make sure you have fulfilled the minimum occupation period to be eligible to sublet your whole flat. Otherwise, locking one room is illegal.

Hi,

As highlighted from my comrades, you are allowed to rent out the whole flat after fulfilling 5 years MOP.

There are no reason to just sublet rooms rather than whole unit.

The returns are higher in unit rental.
