Hi Sir/Mdm,

You can cancel off the deal as long you have not exercise the OTP. What you will lose will be the option money and the valuation money if you have already booked for it.
Please check with your agent, he/she will be able to give you a better clearer advise.

Evening,

Consulting your agent will be your next best move. Should you went through the purchase without one, you will need to know that the Option fee is non-refundable.

Hi, I assume you have already paid the $1000 option fee to the seller agent? If you are not planning and decided to back off from his deal, then you do not need to do anything at all and just let the option fee of $1000 gets forfeited.
