Morning, Enhanced contra facility means that you are selling a resale HDB unit that's under HDB loan to buy another resale HDB unit, also using HDB loan. Since you are indicating that you want to use enhanced contra facility and without getting yourself a unit to contra on, it will only work like a normal resale transaction.
