Hi, I am single female below 35 years old. I am considering to buy a private property but am wondering if I have sufficient funds to do so. I have about 100K cash and 150K CPF. Annual income about 140K. I am considering buying a 2, 2+1 or 3 bedroom in the west side. preferably newer developments. Based on my financials now, is it feasible to buy now?

I have units for sale at Caspian which just TOP a few months ago, and it is just next to Lakeside mrt. Cheers!
