Hi I am single above 35. I want to purchase a flat of my own. But with the property prices so high i was not able too. Pending for results from HDB for my 3rd appeal of HLE. Was wondering if i can purchase direct from HDb under repurchase flats?

Afternoon Natasha,

3rd HDB loan are normally market rate loan. It's for people with financial issues and serious housing needs. I'm not sure about your case but if certain estate that you are looking at is too expensive, try hunting at estate more suitable for your budget. There are 3 room flat in Circuit Rd, Marsiling Drive and Yishun estate that are going below $350k.
