Hi,

1) You may buy a resale HDB flat under the Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme.

2) Buying with a grant is as good as applying for BTO. Thus there is this "Have not disposed of any within the last 30 months".

3) Due to this reason, you are not eligible for any grant since your spouse owns an overseas property.

Yes. You are right in a way that technically, you are not eligible for a grant.
