Good morning b,

You are eligible to purchase a resale HDB under non citizen spouse scheme while you as sole owner and your wife as essential occupier (non owner) to form a family nucleus.

Hope my sharing helps in aiding in your enquiry. May I know how can I value add further in your property needs?

Best regards,

Hi

If you are buying a resale private property, there is not issue of ownership . However if you buy a resale HDB flat, you will be the owner while your wife is an essential occupier.

You may text 9620 0827  for a casual chat. We can share with you the market situation, transaction process, timeline and an estimated financial statement for the purchase.

Warmest regards

Hi Sir,

If you're purchasing a resale private residential property, both of you can be the co-owners of the property.

If you're purchasing a HDB resale flat, you will be the sole owner of the flat, with your wife being the essential occupier under "Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme".

I am experienced and well-versed in both HDB and private transactions. I will be able to assist you in your property plans. Please get in touch with me for a more in-depth discussion.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Hi,

1) If you are buying a private residence, your spouse can be one of the owners.
2) If you are buying an HDB flat, your spouse being a foreigner is not allowed to be an owner.
3) This has nothing to do with owning any overseas property.

Hope the above answer to your main concerns, but if there are more query, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.

Best regards
