You may start viewing houses. However, do take note that you will need a valid HLE before seller is able to issue OTP to you.
Once you got your HLE, you should be able to calculate your max property purchase price factoring in stamp duties. Also do consider the amount of cash and cpf required, proper timeline planning and other essential steps.
