Hi,

I am presently living in a 5 room flat in Bedok.
I am interested in buying a private condo in the East
Is it possible to buy a relatively new condo (less than 5yrs) 4 bedder for about 1.2 - 1.4 million
Any recommendations

Morning,

With a budget of $1.4 mil, getting a 4 bedder is possible. Likely to be around Tanah Merah area or Geylang estate. As for proximity aspect from facilities and MRT station, that might be a challenge if you are looking at big sized unit.

Hi

May I suggest Waterview Condo? This is a new Condo and will be TOP at the end of this year. 4 bedroom unit asking is 1.4m with area of 1195 sqft. Waterview is just a few bus stop away from Tampines mrt as well as Bedok mrt.
