You have to understand. Jurong has been designated to be next CBD area with all the hotels and facilities. Its called the Jurong Lake District. Prices of the properties over there will definitely affected (upwards) by it. Due to the plan, more people (tenants) will be looking for a unit to stay for work purposes there.

So I will say definitely there will be potential for investment in Lakeside area.
