Hi Mr Orville, with regards to that question, we could always put up the request to the developer and await for their reply first before any deposit is being paid. Usually it would depend on the structures of the building, however for MBR, it seems unlikely to merge 01 & 10 into 1 unit. You can engage a PE/QP to determine that. Any changes would require an approval and permit from BCA.

I have identical C1 and D1 for SALE.. Technically speaking, is possible to combine both together..You could combine both units together physically however if you intend to combine both under 1 title, I would not advise as combining both would have over 4200 sq ft based on current market quantum is too huge for anybody to buy in the event in future if you have intention to sell. If you purchased both units combined it and title remain separately , it will be much easier to sell in future..
